Gordon
Alexander was born in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and now lives with
his wife, daughter, two dogs, two horses and a few chickens
near Newcastle Emlyn. He has always been able to draw but
it wasn't until he found himself out of work that he took
up painting seriously. Although now he has a full time job
as a Graphic Artist, he still devotes every spare moment to
painting.

“I'm
mainly a landscape artist but always on the look-out for new
inspiration, especially on the journey to work. If it's a
nice misty morning, I can't wait to get home and start painting.
I still think it's uncanny that when you stop to look at a
field of farm animals they all stop to look at you”
