Hutchins
John Hutchins
trained as a fine art painter at Hornsey College of Art, London.
After spending five years with the Air Force in the Middle
East, he returned to Britain and has devoted the last 40 years
to living and working as a full time painter and art teacher.
He has had many one-man exhibitions both in the UK and abroad
and draws his inspiration from a variety of sources, including
fantasy paintings influenced by the work of Tolkein. As well
as teaching Adult Education and demonstrating for Daler Rowney,
he teaches at prestigious residential Art Centres, such as
The Earnley Concourse, Chichester and Tredragon Hotel, Cornwall,
throughout the year.
